7 Ways to Guarantee No Views on Youtube

Показать описание
In this video, we’re going to teach you how to get no views on your videos…. YUP, you heard that right. If you don’t want people to watch your videos, do these 7 things You’d be that surprised how many youtubers do them!)
Oversaturation of Content on YouTube and why its such a big ocean:
Volume of Uploads
According to this website is uploaded to youtube every minute. This massive influx makes it extremely challenging for any individual video to stand out, especially if it's from a new creator.
Established Creators Dominate
Many niches or content areas on YouTube are already dominated by established creators who have built their audiences over many years. For a new creator, this can make breaking into these niches incredibly tough.
Audience's Limited Time
Viewers have a limited amount of time to consume content. With the vast number of videos available, they are likely to stick with what they know or what the algorithm suggests, often bypassing new or lesser-known creators.
Quality vs. Quantity Dilemma
Given the sheer volume of content, some creators feel pressured to produce content frequently, sometimes at the expense of quality. This can lead to a cycle where quantity overshadows quality, making it even harder for a smaller channel’s high-quality content to shine.
Expectation of High Production Value
With so many professional-quality videos available, there's an implicit expectation for high production value. New creators, without the resources, might find it difficult to compete on this front.
Because of all these ligitimately tough obstacles, you need to find a pond where you can be the big fish.
# 2) Not having a system to create content
Winging it is not the way to go about YouTube
You will burn out if you try wing it
If you are going to create content on a consistent basis that doesn't take all the hours of your life, you need a system.
I have built a system that you can use to simplify the video creation into what really matters 80/20 if you want to find out more there is a link to my free course the Great YouTube Game in the description.
# 3) Not having a focus at the start
This problem arises because people are too scared to get married to a niche.
You can change at any time but don't get stuck at the crossroads of trying to choose something because you are so worried you won’t be able to change it later.
If your viewers are interested in a video of yours and they click on your channel to learn more about you, if they cannot immediately and clearly see what your channel is about then you will have less people subscribing to your channel because they cannot see that you can help them.
Explain how the subscribing works
Video sub vs channel home page sub
Video sub when they like a video, then youtube shows them another one of your videos if it doesn't meet their interests they will unsub
Home page sub people watch a video enjoy it then click to check your channel page if they like what they see, you make videos they are interested in then they subscribe if you don't if you are all over the place they don't subscribe
# 4) Spending too much time on the wrong things
Wasting time is the worst thing for a youtuber
creating videos is hard if you are doing it right
If you doing it wrong its like trying to climb mount everest backwards blindfolded
Good luck with that
# 5) Making the thumbnail at the last minute
Thumbnail Hook and first 10 seconds are the most critical part of the video creation process if you do this last what happens?
It gets rushed and slapped together
Don't do this, spend the time and make your thumbnail hook and first 15 seconds great by prioritising it and doing it first.
# 6) Copying what big YouTubers are doing
They can do whatever they want because they have built trust with their audience
When you are starting out you need to build trust and this takes time and effort.
People don't want another Mr Beast or Casey Neistat
They want something fresh and interesting so be yourself and let that shine through.
# 7) Not publishing enough videos volume
"Right now if you're not seeing what you want to see it's because you haven't put the time in. you have put the time into the bar you haven't gotten the reps in you haven't done the volume right and so if you see someone that is doing something better than you then go and observe and then execute replicate before you iterate go do it and then until you can do it as well as them don't change anything once you can do it as well as them or better than them then you've earned the right to iterate on someone else's system that is my advice.”

While oversaturation presents challenges, it's not an insurmountable barrier. It underscores the importance of niche identification, unique value proposition, consistent quality, and audience engagement for creators aiming to find success amidst a vast ocean of content.
