Opera singer in coronavirus isolation STUNS onlookers with rendition of France's national anthem

French opera singer Stephane Sénéchal performed an incredible rendition of the French national anthem for his neighbours in Paris.

This comes after France went into lockdown due to the coronavirus crisis with the number of cases at more than 14,000 in the country.

It's a great guy who sputters on his neighbors without being sure that the virus hasn't reached him, soon a whole neighborhood is in mourning.

So I hear the words 'hand sanitizer'. 
I can't find any in all the shops I have visited over a two week period. 
I am a carer for my mother. So I'm being responsible for trying to minimise the risk. You could call it action. 
Yet there's a lack of action, just statements. Use hand sanitizer!
Yet there has been no organised distribution to every address in the UK. 


Why?? 


Clean hands are very effective at minimising the spread. So we are told. 


How about every household being issued sanitizer?


Alcohol. Easy to produce? A bye product in the chemical industry?


The major parcel companies would come on board to distribute them.
