I'm like... why no public transport? Guess that was the challenge you set for yourself tho!

I recently looked at my 1st city I ever built. 14k population and 60% traffic flow. My favourite part was seeing how I used cable cars to get people across highways, lol.

I’m at 83% traffic flow with 100k+ population, but it drops to 77% every now and then and I can’t figure out why. A couple of the problem areas are bottlenecks but they really shouldn’t be. There are other ways to get around but all the NPC’s choose that one road for some reason.
