.Net Core Tutorial - 7. Create Phone Number Pages - #dotnetcore #programming #visualstudio

Показать описание
A .Net Core Tutorial for beginning programmers. I create a .Net Core web project that implements a Phone Book application called the Green Pages, using an EntityFrameworkCore-based class library, and a standard .Net Core website.
Part 7 covers the creation of the Edit and Delete page for the first sub-object, the Phone Number. I ask the viewer then to take this information and create the same pages for the Email Address and Address objects.
PREREQUISITES - ALL FREE (for non-production/commercial purposes):
SQL Server Developer Edition
Visual Studio Community Edition
Preferred - SQL Server Management Studio (SSMS)
ALL AVAILABLE FOR DOWNLOAD, AGAIN, FREE EDITIONS LISTED ABOVE - SEE LICENSING TERMS, BUT IN GENERAL, FREE FOR USE IN THIS CONTEXT. I AM NOT WARRANTING ANY OF THIS, I AM JUST TELLING YOU.
About ME:
I got my bachelor of science degree in Computer Science from Temple University, and my Master of Science in Software Engineering from Drexel University. I have been programming for over 40 years. Yes, that is correct, 40. I was single-digits when I started programming in OG Basic on a TRS-80 Color Computer II with 8k of RAM and a cassette tape drive for storage. I made a lot of "Polaris" ripoffs back then. From there I worked on TI-99's, then Apple IIc's. I programmed on the first model Apple Mac in 1984. My first real PC ran Windows 3.1. I programmed in Pascal, some low level languages, PHP, C, C++, Cobol, Visual Basic, ASP, ASP.Net, C#, Python, Javascript, Java, jeez, so many more.
I was a reactor operator in the US Navy for 6 years, and have been programming PROFESSIONALLY for over 20 years now.
That's about it. Enjoy!
