My brother in law and his teenage sons started mowing lawns on the side to support their wrestling expenses and it has grown into a full time business.

I just got a side gig of showering a senior. One hour M, W and F in the morning. Taking over for her shower lady who will be out for med reason. Then I found out she just lives down the street from me. Slot of seniors needs help like that.

Don't forget these side hustles... hunting and fishing supplements the food budget. My husband has bagged two deer already this season and will be saving us money on buying meat. :)

I tried a bunch of side gigs like mystery shopping, transcription, proofreading, copywriting, blogging, surveys, personal tasks, stock photography, etc...most turned out to be not worth the time or pennies earned. Finally, I found online reselling. Once you list your items, it's practically passive income. Now I earn more than I did working for someone else, set my own schedule and spend just a few hours packing and shipping orders twice a week. On average, I earn 10X what I paid for the items I sell.

Wow, I never imagined 30 hours a week for a few YouTube videos, you should do a vlog showing the “behind the scenes”
We appreciate you sharing all of your knowledge

Retired nurses or stay home mom could cut toenails for elderly. They dont want spa prices just trims bc of age or arthritis. I have paid $10 or $15 and schedule is flexible.

The old side gigs/ hustles are now survival hustle, it’s not always extra it’s necessary to make ends meet, I’m a substitute at a local school, it helps.. if you have food insecurity you can work jobs in the cafeteria and they do offer a free meal while working. I can pick and choose the days I work by what is offered. It’s is something to be consider.😊

Coles here has a rewards card that you can earn points get towards 10 dollars off your next shop but they also have surveys. I do one survey a day and this month I have got enough points for 30 dollars to spend in the store. I know I am not getting paid but I'm getting free food so to speak. It's what I do to cover my food bill

I'm disabled. I have severe osteoarthritis in both knees and no cartilage in either one. I also have rickets which have caused my legs to be badly deformed. I can't stand on my own. I have to use a walker just for a few steps. I use a wheelchair when I go anywhere. My chair has just about seen its last legs too. I make yarn dogs. They are really adorable. They're about the size of a peekaboo. I make them with love. Sometimes depression really gets to me hard. I've enjoyed watching your videos. I'm learning so much. I would love to make you one of my yarn dogs. It would be a gift from me to thank you for all you do. It would be my pleasure to make you one. ❤

Work in produce at a grocery. Cutting, putting things out on shelves, cleanup a few hours daily. Use reward points for extra food items there and get an employee discount. Not eady work, but helps.

Can you do a book review of The Complete Tightwad Gazette? You could do a video for each article topic and what your view is.

My side gig of caregiving turned f/t. It was more lucrative than my other job due to being paid to sleep. I make a thousand dollars a week working one 48 hr shift. My background is in Mental Health so my client doesn't need hands on care, she has behavior issues so they burned through 3 other caregivers but I can handle her. I don't enjoy this but at 56, I am able to save for retirement

Got paid £200 pw for using my home for hosting 2 to 3 French children, sometimes teachers, whilst on holiday in the Uk. Did it for a year to go to Australia. Had so much fun but at 77 I’ve decided it’s time to retire.
