Only ever used bandcamp for "YouTube musicians". It definitely feels like a closer connection to the artist than others (iTunes, Spotify etc.) Bought the rain on cello and look forward to receiving the winter's months t shirt soon :)

I use iTunes to listen, but I love bandcamp.

well thanks! Bandcamp is the best for the musicians by far :)
Otherwise a big portion of the sale goes to someone other than the artist.

Bandcamp for artists like you. I also like getting my music on CDs if they're generally worth buying. I like having a physical copy of a band's/musician's music.

I think all the YouTube artists I've bought from (you, Ein Astronaut, Jack Conte...) have all been through bandcamp, which I then upload to my Itunes so I can listen on my Ipod, generally it's physical CDs wherever I can though. :)
Hopefully next year I'll have sorted out an album over the summer, which I'll definitely release on bandcamp!

I use a mix, Spotify for stuff I don't have. iTunes for stuff I do.If I want to buy something I go through Bandcamp if it's cheaper and a little more obscure and not on iTunes .
