Love your expression, 'next generation of yourself.' Never heard that before. Thanks for your posts, Brian.

a lot of ideas inspired me in this book.  I read it a while ago. What I thought was good, was when we don't know we are improving in our craft and think we are getting no where. Though if we compare it to where we were months ago and now, I found out how I improved when I didn't know it. Also about being excited about a bike when I was 5 years old and if I'm still excited about getting that bike, no.  Kind of giving out examples of how emotions come and go, and not to get controlled by them.

Brian!!!! WoW!! this was the bomb! I am a dance teacher so I obviously, use this method, but I wish I applied it to myself. at the same time as an instructor you get so emotional and you want and "expect" for them to do their best. ( as we do for our self) hard part to let go. I have noticed myself even being and feeling that way when I teach. This was awesome!! thank you so much. Brain.. Once again I thank you so much for being my professor in life. I have let my emotions take over, after my injury its one of the worst things for an athlete/dancer... anyway.. so watching your realistic approach to things is really helping me to balance my emotions and how I use to handle things. I have no idea if I make sense right now lol lol.. anyway.. I am really thankful! have a great day with your family!

I absolutely love the "Flower Perspective."

It's such a simple yet powerful idea.

I'm going to start using this image/idea in my coaching practice and also in my own life... especially when I notice myself getting impatient with my outcome goes - all stages are beautiful and perfect :)

Thanks, Bri!!

After watching your video I went and downloaded an Audible copy of The Practicing Mind. Looking forward to listening to Sterner's book.

Practise/practise = 's' verb, 'c' noun, so "I practiSe the practiCe of awareness." Think advise/advise; works the same way. Love your videos - a great way to explore great books and ideas.

Thank you! I really enjoy your reviews and opinions. I tend to extract as much nectar as I possibly can. So thank you. I was wondering if sometime in the future if you'd like to do a review on the Mastery Of Love By Don Miguel Ruiz. Such a great book. Thank you for your time.

It was another inspiring talk, thanks! I followed along the lines of points four and five, however; really misunderstood one to three. Perhaps you could give another perspective on, for instance, 'Call the DOC' actually allows us to correct as there is no analysis after the observation.
