I wouldn't say that Sigma has Spark Mandrill syndrome, however, you missed Armored Armadillo, Boomer Kuwanger, and every boss from X3.

Look, the Zero playthrough of X4 isn't harder because of his range.
It's harder because you can't just afflict the bosses with Spark Mandrill Syndrome.
