Every Airlines Turns To Airbus Over Boeing At Farnborough! Here's Why
At the Farnborough Airshow 20 24, Airbus stole the spotlight with a DAZZLING NUMBER of orders, leaving Boeing in the dust. It shows that airlines have FALLEN IN LOVE with Airbus with growing enthusiasm. However, some of the reasons explain why Boeing's order is quite weaker than Airbus's.
So why airlines love Airbus aircraft more than Boeing? Who is the real winner? Let's find out the truth in today's episode!
Every Airlines Turns To Airbus Over Boeing At Farnborough! Here's Why
Airbus orders
First, let’s see what Airbus has at this Farnborough Air Show.
At the exhibition, Airbus introduced its new long-range narrow-body aircraft, the Airbus A3 21 XLR, which had been certified by European regulators just days before the exhibition began.
The most outstanding point of Airbus in this air show is the impressive number of A3 20 orders. Although it started with only 25 orders on the first day, quite modest compared to Boeing's 56 orders on the first day, the following days were very promising. On the first day, Airbus received orders for 25 aircraft, including 3 A3 20 Neo, 2 A3 21 XLR from Drukair, and 20 A3 30 900 from VietJet. Previously, VietJet already owned several A3 30, and this order reinforced their confidence and preference for this aircraft.

On the second day, the company received orders for 44 aircraft, including 7 A3 30 900 for Virgin Atlantic, 20 A3 50 900, and 11 A3 21 Neo from Japan Airlines, totaling 31 aircraft. Japan Airlines also previously owned a few A300 and currently has A3 50 in its fleet. Additionally, there were orders for 6 A3 20 Neo from Berniq Airways. On the third day, the company did not receive any orders; however, on the fourth day, the company reached its peak during this exhibition with a total of 95 orders. This included 5 A3 50 900 from Abra Group and a large order of 75 A3 20 Neo and 15 A3 30 900 from Flynas, totaling 90 aircraft. This order brought the total number of orders Airbus received at this event to 164 aircraft, surpassing its largest competitor from the US.

that's good news. because I've stopped flying non-AirBus anywhere in the world. if no AirBus available, I'll either drive or cancel my business trip.

perhaps with boeing attitude of the bottom line bring of a importance the flight safety. eeth plug in doors blowing out due to poor assembly Airlines are avoiding Boeing until production standards areback up to scratch and the flight safety incidents cease cease to occur!

Stop the Bias...And I like Airbus too but here is a quote from a news outlet...
"Despite their limited physical presence, Boeing dominated the first days of dealmaking with Korean Air Lines, worth an estimated $12.6 billion. The much-needed deal included orders for 20 777-9 and 20 787-10 Dreamliner jets, plus options for 10 more 787s, bringing the total to nearly 50 jets sold.Jul 23, 2024"

Quality in Boeing seems to cross all areas of their business including the latest space fiasco. Seems as if Boeing will need to address a change their culture across all of the empire and show success in many areas before they get back on the front foot.

The issue should be delivery production rate and for Boeing just focus on delivery

What is the money value for that turn around?

I am quite sure these 'orders' are orchestrated and choreographed carefully, there is no way an airline is just going to rock up at Farnborough sight unseen and say, I think i'll have ten of those please, here's the cash.

Airbus: 350 orders and agreements.
Boeing: 340 orders and agreements.
Headline: Every airlines turns to Airbus over Boeing. This headline doesn't held water.

What's missing is the _VALUE_ of all orders. That would say a lot more.
I heard that Airbus has to say no to several airlines because production capacity is overbooked.
Setting up more production lines is very expensive.

Boeing quality is going down, USA are going down.
No brainer why airliners are ordering Airbus.

The title and subject matter are nonsense. Things are definitely bad at Boeing but Boeing did well (at the show) given the circumstances.

Boeing got huge orders at the farnborough airshow ie why do people make naive videos such as this ie every airline wants airbus planes
Boeing is going through a tough time but will recover and maybe Airbus will go down remember what goes up must come down
One of my son is a pilot with Air Canada flying a 737 Max and he loves the plane
He previously was flying the Airbus 220 and Boeing 787 which he also loved to fly
Both companies make excellent airplanes using controls engines and other hi tech gadgets made by US companies
Boeing is going through a tough time and we all know why and in most cases the fake media is to blame with
all these Boeing plane incidents
Boeing has been around for decades building good safe planes and I am certain that their overall safety record is as good as Airbus
There is no doubt that there is a quality issue it is impossible to oversee 160, 000 workers spread around in various factories to see if they produce good or bad quality work intentionally or unintentionally
The two fatal crashes could have been avoided with western trained pilots
They would have overridden the faulty sensors and fly the planes to safety manually An independent French investigation confirmed the same but the fake media never talked about this
Losing a wheel, skidding off a runway, engine fire has nothing to do with Boeing but it is a maintenance issue
Maybe airlines should be investigated and grounded until they improve
The recent plane plunge maybe is a maintenance issue as well we do not know yet but right away Boeing gets slammed There is all kinds of mis information out there but none of these news outlets gets shut down
You are a very well informed person what is your take on this
Best regards and please keep producing your quality videos
