Sean "Diddy" Combs was arrested Sept. 16 on sex trafficking and racketeering charges and has denied all the allegations. Combs is being held in a New York jail after being denied bail twice. Larry Levine, the founder of Wall Street Prison Consultants and a former federal prisoner, says Combs will never be granted bail as he details the conditions of the facility in which he's being held.
