Shark girl's impatient is probably based on the fact that shark must always swim or they will drown.
Very cool of the devs.
Edit: yeah, most sharks will be fine if they stop swimming but only cool sharks do this.

1:14 Interesting, they finally used animation blending (is that what they call it..? the Unity equivalent of Unreal's animation montages) for the lower body during idle animation. In Genshin the character's legs usually clip through stairs and slopes while they do their idle stuffs..
