Former Labour Councillor Calls For Someone To “Blow Up” Jewish Conference Venue

An academic and former Labour councillor has tweeted ‘somebody blow up the venue,’ in regard to the Jewish Labour Movement annual conference.

The comment was left on a now-deleted post, which the sender has labelled as a ‘joke.' She has apologised for the remark and said it was made in “awful taste,” after causing backlash from the Jewish community.

Barrister and writer Steven Barrett tells TalkTV’s Mike Graham “it’s anti-Jewish racism and all racism is a human evil.”
