We were having SERIOUS losses at a Big Box Store I was working at due to unskilled machine operators handling freight.

I have about 50, 000 hours of real world freight handling experience and wanted to produce a series of video Visual Training Aids (VTA's) outlining in point by point detail the correct way to do things to reduce this problem.

These could be distributed system wide and the potential savings would have been substantial.

The Corporate Drones told me that this was FORBIDDEN as it could lead to a potential OSHA problem. (What that could have been was never clarified).

So the message was just accept the losses as part of doing business and stay in your lane.

Don't think, don't innovate, don't aspire just plod along.

Knowing that there are people like yourself who actively and passionately reject this mindset gives me hope that there may be a future for american manufacturing.

This is the first time I've heard you mention the olloclip- gonna get that one now...
On another note, weren't you developing a camera with another company with a 1/4-20 screw mount? I thought that was supposed to come out in the middle of the summer. What happened to or what is the status of that project?

The problem is: the interests of the employees and the employer are not located on the same line always. Personally, I did high level jobs first, then I did low level jobs. I saw things I had never been aware of them . Even though, you work with your employees and clean the washroom with yourself, still there is another world you cannot see. You would be surprise that most simple employees could develop sophisticated ways to deal with the employer

Позаимствовал у вас идею "2 seconds LEAN". У меня идея такая, "2 minutes LEAN", это связано с вашим американским автором книги "Getting Things Done " - Вavid Allen. Если есть LEAN-идея, то сразу её внедрить!
