Why does it still show the off button of autosave in my upper left corner of my word even though I followed the tutorial?

I bought Office 2019 direct from Microsoft with OneDrive. I don't have the AutoSave option in WORD/File/Options/Save that you . show. Perhaps it is only available with a paid subscription to Office 365?
