I am pushing my contractor to use Halo Exterra on a new home in Portland, OR. The walls are 2x6 with Roxul(?) batts. The interior will be sealed using Aerobarrier. My contractor is on board but is insisting that we need another barrier over the Halo (13mm). This seems like a waste. Comments would be appreciated?
