I thought no need na mag-send ng notice of dishonor sa issuer kasi mismong bank na tumawag sa kanya na puro talbog cheke nya and closed account na. She's aware na nag-bounce checks nya and sabi nya babayaran nya but inabot na ng ilang years and tiningi nya payment while sobrang hirap pa singilin.. babarya hulog nya masabi lang na naghuhulog kaya I want to sue her na. Di ko magamit pera pang pondo sa business kasi sobrang kunat magbayad. Her cheques are still here. Paano kaya 'to, attorney? Pwede pa ba akong mag-send ng demand letter?
