Here are the recipes, and they’re as easy as 1-2-3:
🌰🥜ALMOND / PEANUT BUTTER🥜🌰
📌INGREDIENTS
- 1 cup raw peanuts(100 grams)
or 1 cup raw almonds (100 grams)
📌METHOD
1. Place the nuts in a pan and roast on a medium flame for 10 minutes. Then allow them to cool.
2. Transfer the nuts to a blender and blend for 5-7 minutes. Ensure that you only blend for 15-20 seconds at a time, or your blender will overheat.
3. First, the nuts will convert into a powder. You may feel like they will never turn into butter, but soon the powder will turn into a buttery substance.
4. Transfer the butter into a jar. You can store it for 5-7 days.
🥥 COCONUT BUTTER 🥥
📌 INGREDIENTS
- 1 dry coconut (Gola)
📌 METHOD
1. Scrape off the external brown layer of dry coconut and cut into small pieces.
2. Transfer the pieces into a high-speed blender. Blend for at least 5-7 minutes until it turns into a soft and buttery mixture. First, it will turn powdery and then buttery.
3. Blend for at least 5-7 minutes until it turns into a soft and buttery mixture.Transfer the butter into a jar and store it for 5-7 days.
💡NOTE -
When making any of the above butters, if the mixture sticks to the side of the blender, switch off the blender. Scrape the mixture properly and blend it again. Remember, never allow the blender to overheat.

I started making own peanut butter few years ago and it really was a game changer.. yum and you know what you are adding to the butter..I used to make it no added sugar no salt.. and it turns out very nice.. I would keep handful nuts which I would break in an okhli to make nice small chunks which can be mixed in your smooth peanut butter to give it a crunch..tastes yummy gyys

I still remember the day my great grandma made jam with tomato +apple and tht was so delicious tht the taste is no where near preservative jam which just takes like spoonful of sugar but natural one tht day it had sugar but it had fruity taste too nd so nice for bread

The fact that it goes bad in 5-7 days is the only issue i know people will say to make it in smaller batches but that becomes time consuming and probably more expensive than buying the jarred one at the store especially for people who are always working
