I live out of my Prius in Portland, Maine. The park where I normally park is closed. I use a normal city parking space, put up my shades and all is well.

If you have too big of a vehicle, perhaps a parking lot or a rural area. The networking you're doing is great!

Every state is closing their BLM, state parks, national parks, so you would have to check with each individual state for the rules. Cant go by the national.

I don't know about other cities but my husband and I live in a small bus and have been working in San Diego taking a break from travelling. Though it is technically not legal to habitate a vehicle here, the police are turning a blind eye as long as you're not parked directly outside someone's house and they're complaining. We've been hunkered down with a few other campers near a closed down college for a few weeks and have had absolutely no issues. If anyone is in SD I can help recommend good areas to park.
