Hello everyone! This is the forth video in the 1000 kicks series where we will do 100 yop chagi / side kicks. You can start doing the techniques with me after the warm up session (previous video) and the previous kicking sessions (front kick & roundhouse kick). Then tomorrow we will do the next set of 100 kicks. Then each following day we will do another 100 kicks so by the end of this series we have done 1000 kicks! Pretty cool right? Then there will be playlist, where you will find all the videos so you could do the whole workout at one go!

Nora Csiszar is a 3rd dan black belt in ITF Taekwond-do.

I'm 66 years old and trying to recover my tkd skills. I presently have trouble doing a side kick at waist level. Would you recomend I do like you demonstrate in this video and begin with knee level kicks then gradually raise them?
