First of all, how's it is possible for a 6 year old to carry a gun to the school. The laws are not proper.
Secondly, the family culture, as a whole, should change. Parents should sacrifice more and concentrate in bringing up their children. The government should help poor families financially.
Grand parents should play a role in supporting their children and grandchildren.
Free Councelling should be possible for all those who are in need.
Too much of violence in all the children TV shows, cartoons, etc.
Last but not the least. Family prayers is a must in every family.
