do you have some video where we can see the problem with the VGA and compare to this, with the VGA fixed?

i have a tablet with a broken lcd working on an A13 chipset similar on this board, i found out that i can have it working on VGA if i'l add the additional DAC parts used on that board
my question is how do you switch from 7" LCD to VGA mode? do i need to flash the A13 with the same firmware used on this video? or could i just remove the broken lcd off the tablet and add the DAC part then hook to a VGA monitor?

I have so many questions. First I apologise for my bad english to all who reads this comment. I use 8/16 bit MCU in C, and this is absolutely new for me. Is there any IDE such NetBeans/Eclipse and librarys for using all this periphery. I prefer C/C++ or even JAVA.Is it possible to develop apps like standart android device such smartphones and tablets. I'm curious because with this singleboard PC, i can combine all kind of sensors, motors and other stuff with cutting edge android user interface.
