I guess it depends on what you call rich but you can be a millionaire if you sell $3million a month. So that’s only 3-6 transactions a month depending on how much your average home sale price is.
Def not impossible just takes work.

I already knew this before taking on any realtor courses, I saw all these agents were trying other things to make money (selling courses, getting other agents with dreams to make you more $$). Hell that Graham Stephen kid showed his income and 80 percent of it was YouTube so he was not even close to being a millionaire with solely his agent income.

Team is the route I am taking, I broke the numbers down and know how much I can make off each team member. Building a team can be difficult, it takes time to find the right people. So far I’m in the starting phase, putting a operating Manuel together is so time consuming but I’ll rather have all my ducks in a row now instead of at the last min.
