The Mikoyan-Gurevich MiG-21 (designated Fishbed by NATO) is a supersonic jet fighter and interceptor aircraft. It was developed in the Soviet Union in the 1950's and has been used by more than 60 countries, and is still in use today.

Closest western equivalents are F-104.Starfifighter and the F-5 freedom fighter/Tiger II series

MiG21bis number 0880 was from Gdynia Babie-Doły in Poland (1:18)

Excellent video. To my knowledge the Romanian air force still use these whilst the RAF is doing air policing around their borders in that region due to russian airspace violations. Fun fact. But yeah. Nice video :)

Nice video, but I think you mis-spoke at 1:29: "254 meters per second." I think that should read "per minute.."
