ソロシンガーKaya4作目となるフルアルバム。 Kayaが長くモチーフに愛用してきた『薔薇』をメインテーマに掲げ、EDM、シティポップ、ビジュアルロックなどバラエティ豊かな楽曲を収録した色とりどりの薔薇の花束のような作品。様々な歌唱法を駆使し、楽曲に合わせて様々な表情を見せるKayaの魅力がたっぷり詰まった一枚。ソロ15周年を迎え、益々進化を続けるKayaの真骨頂がここにある。

Solo singer Kaya's 4th full album. Continuing upon the long running motif of "roses" once again with this release, it is like a bouquet of various colored roses containing songs in the genres of EDM, City Pop, and Visual Rock. With this work each song showcases all of Kaya's singing methods and strong points within these genres. An effort showcasing the full strength and ever evolving nature of Kaya who is currently celebrating the 15th anniversary of solo works.

I'm incredibly late, but I just wanted to comment my support:

I've been listening to Kaya since I was 14 years old, all the way back when we still had Schwarz Stein (and he was going by the name 'Hime'), and have followed his career off-and-on for 20 years now.

I've heard him sing over many styles of music—Dance, Pop, Rock, Jazz, Bossa Nova, Opera, and all the curious genres in between—and conquer every single style. He sings softly and delicately, then all at once forcefully, from the bottom of his lungs, with a voice that lilts between operatic and optimistic.

There are countless Visual-Kei vocalists out there who are masters of their craft—legends in their own right—using a similar singing style; but in my opinion, none of them match Kaya's delivery. He has grown so much as a vocalist.

Going back to some of his first work, his voice had a ton of potential, but was not without its technical flaws. It was dark and billowing, but with a particular frailty that made his technique seem attainable and approachable. But I've watched him hone his craft, album after album, over the past two decades, and every time I come back to see how he's doing, I'm even more impressed.

It's been so rewarding to hear how his technique has been polished to perfection, and he's never rested on the laurels of his popularity or longevity within the Visual-Kei genre. He's always strived for improvement, and that determination has placed him here, in a vocal category all his own.

Physical beauty aside (of which he has plenty to offer), I just wanted to share how much pride I have in him for all that he's achieved, and for sticking around after all these years. While I may not always appreciate the beauty of every song he's done along the way, I can definitely appreciate the beauty of his voice, and his ability to flawlessly adapt to each new effort.

I'm honored to have been able to watch him grow, and I'm honored to count myself among his fans—both old and new.

Such a good song. Kaya is beautiful as always. Its crazy how iv watched them grow even since way back in Schwarz Stein era. Keep it going. Such an icon.

You can really tell this was composed by Tsuki Amano, her style is written all over it. Kaya did a magnificient job with the vocals as usual ❤️
