I just now realized, this wonderful singer sounds a lot like Roy Drusky at the beginning of each line, and goodness knows I loved Roy Drusky. He and George Morgan were both, in MY opinion, taken too soon. This is what country should sound like. I loved George Morgan's Candy Kisses, one of my favorites. These two, among others, are really missed!!

Im 45 years old. Been a death metal guitarist since i was 14 years old . I have played everywhere with many different bands in my time. yet on my breaks at shows i love to put on my head phones and listen to these great old country love songs that my parents would play when i was a child . Either on record or the radio. I have always loved it. So Yes Country is the best style of music and i say this as a guitarist to death metal. Sad these singers are no longer with us. Would love to go to their shows and see them live.

I see several songs in this line up that I believe were recorded by Eddie Arnold. These singers in this line up are good - today's country music is so different - so loud, so fast, and no not understandable. I enjoyed a lot of these.

Good singer. I doubt that kids under fifty-five know that George was Lorrie Morgan's Father and had his own singing career. I can remember his hit tune, "Candy Kisses" from 1949. This system won't allow me to insert a link to that tune here in my comments. You can just type in his name and the title of the song to get there.
