At least 12 killed as Cyclone Michaung makes landfall in India's Andhra Pradesh

Torrential rains and strong winds have battered India's southeastern region, after Cyclone Michaung made landfall along the coast of Andhra Pradesh. Parts of the state are expected to be pelted with more than 200 millimetres of rain over the next 24 hours. At least 12 people have been killed in flooding and 8,000 more evacuated.
