False info, cooldown of players does not affect levi spawn at all. It only affects if they can or cannot bribe the spy. I have went on countless levi hunts without cooldown and still managed to spawn levi.

I would like to address that the leviathan crown does NOT increase the amount of leviathan scales you gain from destroying a segment or killing the leviathan. It purely just increases the chances of getting a drop that does not have a 100% chance of obtaining. Therefore only use the crown when doing sea events like terror sharks, piranhas, sharks, and ghost ships. Sorry for the long comment

i was hunt leviathan when almost all players in boat are coldown. It spawned at 2700 meter from tiki outpost. So no matter coldown or not, it still spawn

cooldown only means u cant bribe the spy, u can get leviathan as long as one player is not on cooldown(the player who bribed ofc)

Even tho your in cooldown you can still spawn the leviathan as long as it bribed

Plus you only need player 1 or 2 players with no cooldown that can bribe the spy.

I already did this many times but take note it will reset your cooldown when u kill leviathan
