5 Passive Income Ideas | More Money, Less Work

There may not be a way to make money that doesn’t involve any work at all but I’ve found five passive income ideas that are as close as possible to easy money with no work. I’ll rank all five of these residual income ideas on how easy they are to get started and how passive the income is after setup. I’ll then show you how to make each even more passive.

I’ll start with YouTube and you might not think it qualifies as a passive income idea but I’ll show you how I make over $5,000 a month on videos created years ago. It may not be the most passive of the five income sources but it’s the highest potential to make money.

I’ll share Crystal’s story on making money on Etsy and how she’s turned just a few hours a week into hundreds of dollars a month. She still has to complete the orders she receives but it’s money she makes in her sleep and it’s all on a business less than a year old.

Selling courses is the most passive of the group but also the hardest to get started. I’ll reveal the strategy I used to create three courses that make thousands a month.

In the fourth passive income strategy, I’ll detail how I make over $10,000 a month with affiliate marketing. I’ll compare this income idea with Amazon Affiliates to show you the tricks in each to make them as passive as possible so you make more money with less work.

No matter which passive income idea you decide to start, you won’t want to miss the five rules for making money. These rules will apply to any passive income strategy and will not only help you make money but will help you make it while you sleep.

First is to get started and not wait until you’re ‘the expert’ to start sharing your knowledge. Some of these income ideas take a little while to build up so you want to get started as soon as possible. You also want to focus on multiple income streams, not just relying on one. The business ideas that make the most money usually take the longest so it helps to have a few other income ideas to pay the bills.
