I'm glad he mentioned King Creole because King Creole is a _genuinely good_ film noir. Not "Elvis movie" good, _straight up actually_ good. Elvis's part was written for James Dean and Presley carries it just fine.

Me and my cousins were outside playing and my aunt came outside and told us Elvis is coming on. 1968 come back special. Back in the 60s when Elvis came on tv we got to stay up and watch the king. TX

I watched that 68 special live on T.V with my Mom. My pop was asleep on the couch. Watching that special was the first time I realized I had these " funny" things happing to my body. Very awkward when your moms watching with you and you as a pre-teeen didn't understand what was happening to you😳🤯😍. Anyway great interview. Tom is such a icon and can't wait to see this movie.
