I always laugh when people think they are “gangsta”. These dudes could show up anytime of day or night and easily take you life and be back home having breakfast with their wife and kids in less than 24 hours.

"The White House has authorized any means necessary"
If you are on the receiving end of this order you can run but you'll die tired.

That "Roger that" shows how goal oriented seals are they receive commands and execute.

Love ❤ from India

this scene is short but it shows so much for what you need to know, this seal team trains for these types of situations so when they got the signal its text book, plane was loaded up and they were ready to board the plane. they arent panicking and he just gets a small briefing about command because other than command they have their team has trained for these missions and its just tactics once they land

Almost feel bad for the pirates. They thought they were gonna make off with some good loot. But then The SEALs were like
“Hold my beer.”

you know you're fucked when the seals get involved

Cool scene. Interestingly, I thought I read that the Seal Team commander didn’t actually assume operational command when they boarded the Bainbridge and the Captain remained in command of the operation.

Those pirates had no idea what was coming for them when they took that ship. I pity them.

Once the navy seals get involved it's over. We all know that they don't play around.

"The White House has authorized any means necessary to resolve this." That means you do what needs to be done.

Seems cool. But the reality of these calls are hurry up and wait…and you don’t get any kind of brief until you’re on station or as a team prior to the mission at the base Tactical Operations Center. And these calls are spontaneous and you have to leave your family wherever you are. Rather you’re at your sons birthday party or if you’re in route to see your wife in the hospital who is about to give birth to your child. You could be on leave 3000 miles away from Virginia/San Diego…and if you’re essential personnel…you have to get on the next flight back. It’s a hard life. These guys bust ass to be where they are and there also nowhere else they’d rather be. This is what they like to do but at a great personal cost none the less.

If they could knew that Seals are Coming, they would have preffered drowning.

Slight innacuracy: the aircraft they were using was a C-17. I'd also assume they would be wearing AOR1 camo, not USAF flight suits.

That’s why pirates shouldn’t never hijack a ship with an American flag. The US will throw a tremendous amount of resources at the situation as a deterrent

I love how the pirates were all cheerful when they were told that the ship is American. Then they woke up the next day and had three US Navy battleships behind their asses. Would not fuck about with Americans ever again.

This is the accounting team coming to audit you for claiming too many paperclips for the stationery cupboard

That "Roger that" means those pirates are either killed or disappeared forever.
