SAMD20J18A MCU standby mode test for our customer

Test only,
1.) Normal mode, ADC convert voltage value send to PC via UART. TC#3 counut 10S past entry to standby mode.
2.) Wake up for UART RX interrupt, RTC compare interrupt, and external INT, RTC count 10S past wake up entry normal mode.
