How to remove the front Fog lamp assembly and change the bulb on the Lexus IS200 and IS300

The Lexus IS200 Fog lamp takes a H3 bulb

There is no access behind or underneath the car to change the bulb on the Lexus IS200 Fog Light, the assembly must be removed by removing 2: 10mm bolts from the intakes allowing the fog lamp assemblies to be pulled out. Then you can change the bulb with the assembly off the car by removing the cover anti-clockwise and replacing the H3 bulb.

This seems so much easier on facelift! Undortunately, I have 2000 model, the cover is different and it won’t even turn, so rotted :( Is there any other way to access the bulb, for instance removing the plastic glass from front?

Hi, all four of the 10mm securing bolts are rusty and rounded off, access is extremely difficult as you’re aware, if I remove the wheel are liner at the front and below is there access to get better tools on the 10mm nuts? Ie any easy out socket?
