I appreciate india's innovative approach of being patient and working out the problems in their own way. That is the driving force of the evolution of technology in general, I am very excited for india and with what they are all trying to achieve. Very interesting and should be grounds for much celebration and hope what space exploration is possible, not in a 1000 years from now, but can be possible within the next 17 years.

When half of the world is at war, India is silently and diligently marching ahead with its impressive space program, economic development activities etc! Kudos to the entire nation.

2040 is a realistic time frame, if they don't suffer any major problem, both a s a country and as a space agency.

For a while, over the last decade, India has a significant price advantage regarding rocket lauches, right up to the point where SpaceX developed their reusable falcon 9 booster. Unless ISRA, ESA and Roscosmos develop their own reusable booster, there is not much hope of recovering a significant market share of launches.

The jealousy of people in the comments reminds me of a quote: "Hate always comes from below". Best of luck ISRO👏👏

By 2040, India;s GDP would most likely be triple of what it is today, so our budgets would be to. Easily crossing $10B. Btw we make highways worth tens of billions, spend so much elsewhere but today we only spend $2B on space.

The laser tech mentioned in this video is quite impressive and has many real world applications.
Also the blue ring looks super cool

An India startup "Agnikul" also manufactures rocket engines through 3d printing. In fact, its the world's first.

Indians don't want to take over anything. We are just moving forward at our own pace. Developing step by step. No competition. India sees the success of its own as the success of the world under 'vasudhaiva kutumbakam' ideology. Jai Hind 🇮🇳

I was under the impression that that sort of additive 3d printing had been shot down by the industry. Under an electron microscope the method was shown to leave behind micro fissures and voids that could be stress points for failure. Has this changed?

*Looking at what ISRO has been able to achieve so far at such a low budget really surprises me and makes me wonder if there's a will then there will definitely be a way.*

Sending warm greetings from the US 🇺🇸
