How about to switch the webifier with a nos? The condor is fast enough to hold the range. If a ship is faster, it's cause of mwd and therefore you have the scrambler. When a ship is faster it's mostly elite. In this case I approach to the perfect distance and set orbit fast when my opponent is in scrambler range.

Hey there i like your videos and for me i like to fly frigates too.

But its very hard to not ragequit. Sure frigates are small and squishy but somehow every other ship destroying me just as im looking for someone to kill.
Today i was flying around looking for someone to pk. Warped in a scout ano and the moment i realised there is a vigilante sitting at 40km i couldn't jump fast enough and lost another frigate.
Few days ago. Flying with my incursus assault and got caught in a solo warp bubble and got no chance against the coercer interdictor. And in lowsec I dont see anybody doing ano. And to be honest the crime timer is annoying
