These cookies are one of the most beautiful cookies I’ve ever made. These are crispy on the edges and slightly chewy on the centre.

These are made with only 7 ingredients that are listed below:
- Unsalted butter - 115gm
- Brown sugar - 200gm
- Oats - 100gm
- Flour - 12gm
- Salt - 1/4 tsp
- Vanilla Essence - 1 tsp
- Flaxegg - 30gm+1tsp (or 1/2 egg)
