Wave Pool Caisson Grates

In this very first video for my channel, I'll show some repair and maintenance required on a wave pools caisson grate. Basically, the caissons are air chambers that create the water movements, thus generating the artificial waves you enjoy in a wave pool.

Unfortunately, my day was cut short, and so I had to rush the repair. I did get that new bolt in after all.

What's to stop someone catching themselves on the bolt head?

Have you tried to use Epoxy inside the holes with the anchors to keep them in place better? I'm sure there are marine grade epoxies available.

The grates on the wave chambers don't look very sturdy, the mesh part especially. They're probably bowing in and out constantly with the flow of the water. Do you know when the pool was made?

How deep are those main drains? What does it look like inside the wave pool blower shafts/ caissons?

Old video I know but have you tried using tapcon anchor bolts or something similar? Those would have a really hard time working themselves out, I think it would be near impossible. Just a thought, nice video.

Would those wall grates be classified as fabricated suction outlets or does that only apply to main drain?

use chemical anchor from fischer
and use these 050567 also from fischer
and use these 033211 the chemical anchor if this does not hold nothing wil hold
