What if Black Hole With Same Mass Replaced The Sun?

Every hour, Sun is losing 14 billion tons of mass in the process of producing energy. If a same mass Black Hole replaces Sun, Earth will keep revolving around the Black Hole and nothing will change for 8 minutes. But after first 8 minutes Sun's light will no longer reach us and Earth will get covered in dark.

After the first 24 hours Earth's temperature will start dropping and the planet will start cooling down. Just within the first few months most of the species will die of cold and oceans will start freezing. Humans will move towards hot places but due to the lack of resources they won't not survive for too long as well.
