D6 wins overall but Beta52 sounds good on bass amps.

D6 (All Kit) 0:21
Beta 52 (All Kit) 0:53

D6 has punchier mid-range
B52 has a little more low-end rumble.

Both are excellent. The style of drumming and genre would determine which mic is more appropriate.

Merci de cette comparaison. J'hésitais entre les deux, mais je préfère l'Audix qui me semble mieux défini et passe mieux à mon goût sur le mix "all kit".

Audix D6 allows the drummer to focus on drumming. Plug n’ play.

Comparaison intéressante. L'intro et le final qui hurlent avec +80dB de gain par rapport a la démo aurait pu être évité.

The Beta 52 compared to the D6 sounds like a Cheap Microphone from China
Audix D6 all the Way 🔥👊🏼🔥

That's not the best place to mic a kick drum. All your going to hear is the air pressure coming toward and out the port.
A better demo would be with the mic half way inside the kick drum with the mic pointed at a 45° angle, where the front head and drum side meet.

I prefer the sound of the Audix, beta sounds a little bit limp...
