I am looking for a really good recipe for Menudo...would you have one you could share. I love Menudo but I can never find it at the Mexican restaurants near me. I have always eat the red kind but I see there is a Blanco but I don't know the flavor difference. And I also really love the ones that are both the tripe and feet I think it usually pig feet like my neighbor made once (too bad he moved away like 25 years ago)but I hear you can use beef feet...which provide the best flavor?
I know this is alot but I miss it so much since I moved to Minnesota 14 years ago and haven't been able to find any😢😢😢 (except in the one in the can so I would love to find a great one I can make myself and enjoy
