Good to share how the Lord created and Care for us.. internal organs are so precious that we need to take care and eats healthy food.. pancreas must be healthy indeed many of my coworkers suffered of pancreatic.. please don't be a heavy drinkers and smokers it really damage pancreas and liver.. be safe guys.
