Triune Godhead! Originally God presented himself as One to the Israelites as to separate them as the chosen people. He knew it would be necessary to safeguard them against false doctrines of polytheism. They lived in a pagan world surrounded by false polytheistic religions. So God impressed upon their minds the truth of monotheism. There is only one God! Duet 6:4 But! When Jesus became the atonement for sins thru His death upon the cross, when He was raised again & went to the Father, & when they together sent the Holy Spirit to us to regenerate & sanctify us~ only when all these things were accomplished was it necessary for God to reveal the innermost secrets of the divine nature. Not so much by words but by the act of Jesus' entrance into the world.

During ramadan, they say, all of the demons are locked away. So it must give Jesus a kind of open gate, open door way to visit them. Also Muslim clergy can’t say it must be a demon.
