How to apply for DU Admission 2023 on CSAS portal: Step-by-step Process

Sir there is a glitch due to which the form is not proceeding further, it is showing "Certificate Issue Date cannot be blank." which is required for SC/ST/OBC but I am from UR and I am not able to proceed further.

Hi sir, I was filling my CSAS portal and under the first section where we have to fill personal details they ask us wether we belong to any category.I belong to Unreserved category but after filling the complete form while I am submitting it they are asking me to fill the Certificate Issue date, this column comes when we select if we belong to any category, but how can I fill it if I don't belong to any category. Please help me out
