Some of you all are just mean! She and her skin are gorgeous and glowing. Thats not oily. When you start truly taking care of your skin this is the effect. Your skin starts to give this glass like dewy finish even without products

Trust me, it's not that complicated. Drink enough water (you might already be doing so, don't need to carry an obnoxious gallon sized bottle everywhere you go) and use four basic products:
- moisturizer (to moisturize, duh. i rec innisfree green tea balancing lotion if you have oily combo skin, it's super runny and feels v nice but never heavy. it absorbs beautifully too)
- spf (everyday. i recommend nivea UV gel. it's easy to apply and enjoyable to wear).
- retinol (it not only helps preventing aging, it's very beneficial to keep acne at bay. i bought a 4 buck 1% serum from a local store and it's enough for me at the moment).
- cleanser that works for your skin, you probably already have one (i use foaming cerave one, pretty good bang for the buck esp if you buy the big bottle. you can use it as body gel too!)

On top of that, you might want to add the following 2:
- Oil to finish skincare at night. It locks in moisture, you'll SEE a difference in even one night. My skin was very dehydrated bc I'd been fucking up my skin barrier. Oil was exactly what was missing from my routine.
- For acne spots, a benzoyl peroxide cream. I use OXY10. Dab a little on it when you notice it coming on, whenever you're at home. It helps reduce inflammation.

If u have low blood pressure be careful with Matcha.. it lowers BP.

I heard that matcha can leave you anaemic, not sure if it’s true but I did some research and it seems like it can lower your iron levels. Now I’m scared to drink it 😭
Anyways, my skin looks healthy and shiny (not in a greasy way) but it has texture which annoys me as hell, it makes it look weird in a greasy way, I think I already achieved the glow I want but I don’t know how to get rid of those annoying bumps and noticeable pores :(

just add oil to ur face make sure no acne no pimple. literally all i use is cerave face cleaner, then wash it off then i use cerave lotion and add bio oil, or any light oil on my face, when i go outside i use any 50+ spf sunscreen then oil. always use oil for the glow. Just not to much like id say 1-2 single drop, if you use to much or even 3-5 single drop and you go outside youre gonna look oily and not glowing

Quick warning: matcha is actualy very adictive so you should not take it so regulary!! Like once a week. Too much of is also bad for your heath- like anything.

It is not a glow; it seems to stick to me. Maybe you used too much product. I am experiencing this issue.

You do have absolutely lovely skin. Question- where do you usually buy your matcha?
