Almost a year ago i was dealing with a painful breakup and her video kinda helped me to get through it, long story short, three days ago i went for a solo hike on mount santubong, and her videos made me push myself to do things alone! it was one of the best decision ive ever made so far and i will continue to experience my life whether with people or alone. im grateful for her pep talks and motivations

I think the problem is we set high goals for our ideal self… (forgetting that he/she is also human) and then when we’re burn out we feel guilty for not acting in line with the expectations we’ve set for ourselves…
And so days become weeks of not wanting to do things and feeling guilty at the same time.
It’s nice to know that it’s okay and that I’m not alone ❤

Nice video, I'm still struggling with the end of my 7-year relationship. My significant other, who I considered to be the love of my life, left me a month ago, and I can't seem to shake the constant thoughts of him. Despite my efforts to bring him back into my life, nothing has worked, and I feel frustrated and hopeless. I've tried to move on, but my heart still longs for her, and I don't see myself with anyone else. I apologize for sharing this here, but I just can't seem to stop missing him.

This video affected me a lot :")❤ and also your video about the breakup and I was going through a similar period, my fiancé and I broke up and he left me for his own reasons and I felt that my heart was going to break but your video made it easier for me that when you break up you think that the universe has stopped for this person and that he will not be replaced but when the days pass you discover that these are just illusions and that this was not the right person for you in the first place but you are the one trying to convince yourself otherwise but because we humans are hasty we do not know where the good is and what you said is consistent with a verse in the Quran that says (لكى لا تأسوا على ما فاتكم ) meaning do not be sad about the loss of things from you because you do not know where the good is but Allah knows and so thank you lumma I love you very much and your videos affect me a lot and are inspiring to me

I went through a really painful breakup a year and a half ago and you helped me with your pep talks 🥺thank you so much Lumma ❤ you are an impactful human being, I love your channel and wish you all the best. You are 100% on point, it is okay to just take a step back and just breathe, let go and dont be so hard on ourselves. This long weekend I decided to prioritize doing things I love, and I find that its the simple things that count for me :) We need to realize that were doing the best that we can, and our best is just fine... I think that instead of wanting and wanting to do more we end up not actually ''living'' life, lets take a breather and be fine with our progress because it is ''ours'' after all.

I never related to "this dropped at the perfect time" but now I do. Thank you, Lumma. 💗

Even I have video ideas for you- "why do you keep falling for guys who are not good for you" and "guide on self love".

I posted my first comment before the video because I watched a few of your videos on repeat a couple years ago. I couldn't recall if I commented so decided to do so. But wow, girl you still got it, your authenticity shines through. It is evident the heart you put into your videos. And yes I sometimes am to hard on myself as well. My go to thought is; there is time. Jesus had a mission on this earth...he had a lot to do in 3 years and he walked. There is no where in the Bible it said he ran or rushed or took an Uber. And when he did use a mode of transportation, it was once and it was a donkey. Not a horse, a slow donkey. If he fits all that he had to do in three years without running around so can I. There is enough time to rest, to have fun, to exercise etc. In the past I found myself rushing through my hobbies till they turned into chores and it was because I had Soo many things to do that I developed a habit of doing everything fast. This year I have been heavily focused on slowing down. Slowing down everything, especially eating because eating fast causes your body to go into flight/ fight mode, which messes up the hormones. And truly as a woman who had...had....past tense endometriosis. It makes a huge difference. This comment is too long. I wish we could have talked. But yeah. Slow down, in order to do more better. Like u said, no half ass-ing it. Sending love for St. Lucia 🇱🇨
