To Remove Table in MS Word Keeping the Text within it, follow these steps:
Select the table you want to remove and then click on the tab named “Layout” (in some versions, in may be “Table tools”), then click on the options “Convert to Text”. Now, select the way you want to separate the texts and click “ok”. That’s all..!

You have no idea how this one simple task cost me hours of time and frustration trying to fix. Thank You! I was sure you weren't going to succeed because I tried just about every feature of MS Office Pro Plus 2019 that I had! I should have searched for an answer a lot sooner but I thought, "how hard can it be? Just delete the table and leave the text!" NOT! I even tried converting to an excel format, lol.

I began to think it couldn't be done and wondered why would MS leave out an option that seemed like something many people would want to do? Therefore, I insisted to myself that I should be able to spot that function in the ribbon and stubbornly refused to search for a solution on line. I'm a victim of my own hubris.

After almost two hours of trying to 'trick' the text from being included with the table, (or vice versa), I had to surrender and admit that I need to search for a solution. Your video was the first stop I made in what I thought could be a long search, LOL. (I hate it when I have a 'stupidity attack'. That's like a heart attack but blood thinners won't help...
