fun fact: the "random sign" that says "Well, Thats your problem." is actually supposed to spawn on top of a piece of bedrock, but the infinite lucky block overrides it.

Funny enough the obsidian box should be dangerous lol, but due to updates with swimming you can just swim out of it. But back then something like that wasn't possible so you had to dig your way out or drown

Fun Fact: the obsidian trap was made BEFORE the aquatic update (which made it that you could swim like you can now). So back in the day with the og lucky blocks, the obsidian trap was pretty muhc impossible to get out of unless you had a bucket and/or efficiencey 5 diamond pick :>

You should build a large water logged platform 10+ blocks underneath the lucky block so that it collects everything, water logged leaf blocks don't get destroyed by tnt. Add a star case down and you can save all the villagers. Also you can smelt the gold and iron armour and weapons to nuggets to increase the gold and iron you have. Also you could build a oriental tower around the mob spawner

Funny how Mozi could've used the silk touch pickaxe from the first villager that survived to mine the lucky block and then mine it normally in the nether to save resources and time on the rebuilding of the platform every time

a few thoughts: with the explosions from lucky blocks the, you could use a system of flooded slabs. these slabs could be waterlogged, as long as you have a border to them, they would reflood as you replace em. Because i like to control the mob spawns, things like waterlogged slabs, bamboo, and mycelium have become part of many of my builds. {Bamboo you can get from fishing). as bamboo is fast growing, it makes a great retaining wall and building blocks. you can use boats on waterlogged slabs, as well as fishing. you could also do a climb to world build limit, to build an icetray, to help you with water placement. while i watch the videos, i always come up with a useful tip, that i burn to share. yes, you likely have thought of most of these, but still, ya never know till you share. anyhow, hope some of those thoughts helped in some way. yes, it is kind or random. i tend to randomly spout these kind of things in chat, when i play on most any server. lol, know anything about archery ranges? im just not a fan of pvp, im much too passive.
