Hi Pankaj,

Pankaj needs to complete this assessment and will be assessed on this.

Ques:- Create a web page as shown in the PDF and host it in any server. Points will be awarded for following features and functionalities:-
1. The UI should have exactly the same structure/layout as shown in the attachment. (30 points)
2. The UI should be responsive and cross-browser compatible. (20 points)
3. For displaying products candidates can use any one of the below methods:- (50 points)
1. Approach 1:-
1. Create a backend using any preferred framework (the framework should follow MVC architecture)
2. Store data in any database
3. Frontend to fetch data from database on pageload
2. Approach 2:-
1. If using JS frameworks then the data to be stored in a JSON file or a database of preferred choice.
2. Frontend to fetch data from database/JSON file on pageload
Total points: 100

Additional points will be awarded for below:
1. Clean and structured code with proper comments. (5 points)
2. Use of Object oriented programming (10 points)
3. Add pop-up functionality for on-click of product cards. Pop-up to have the image of the product, title and a dummy description (10 points)
4. Add sign-up/login form for the page. (username and password to be provided by candidate) (20 points)
5. Add animations. (5 points)
Total additional points: 50

Note to candidates:-
1. Candidates should host the website on a server and share the link as well as a zip folder of the codebase with DB dump. Candidates can also host the code in a private repository and share the access for the same (please note that repository option is only for file sharing purpose, hosting of site with a working link is mandatory)
2. Not to copy codes from stackoverflow or any other source. Points will be deducted if the same/similar code is found.
3. Candidates can crop the images from the PDF provided or use similar images from open source libraries. No points will be deducted for quality of image.
4. Candidates can use dummy text (lorem ipsum) for the content of the webpage.
5. Candidates can use any Jquery library and CSS framework for creating the UI

Time to build the page will be 36 hours. No late entries will be entertained.
