Here's my constructive criticism:
A method should do *exactly* what it's name suggests. And nothing more, if possible.

A 'sayHi' method which actually says 'Hello' may seem fine in this tiny program. You can keep in your mind what the method actually does. And you come to no surprise when you see 'Hello' on the console.
However, for a real program, it's impossible to remember all the tiny inaccuracies that your method names contain. So you may spend quite a few minutes investigating why your program says 'Hello' instead of 'Hi'. Apply this few-minutes delay for every method that your program uses, and you end up loosing many working hours in this kind of nuances.
