That is a sick bike. Just love the colour. I'm still on 11-44 with 36 at the front. At 57 I can still make progress. However, I moved away from hydraulics after too many leaks and now run Paul Components Klampers, which are awesome!

It's so nice to see a mechanical groupset on a quality frame, it's a rare treat. Although I wish Shimano didn't require you to throw the entire brake lever to shift; that still seems weird.

awesome build Dave, bike looks well nice and I'm sure you're love the wide range groupset - munchkin didn't look impressed though - good to see him back, supernice bike build

Great if Marin could do the frameset with a UDH ready for Sram 13 speed..

@DaveNoakes with hilly area and fast off road descent, don t you fancy a 180 front rotor? 160r/180f is what Hope advise on their site.
