In this video I am sharing my learnings and opinions of the book "Ikigai: The Japanese Secret to a Long and Happy Life" by "Francesc Miralles" and "Hector Garcia".
This book does a research about long living humans in Japan, Okinawa and other parts of the world. The research comes up with answers for their long living habits and practices. In those things, having a purpose is the key. In fact, Ikigai means 'finding the purpose of the life'. I am discussing about all the common things found in Centenarians in this video.
